13500 OBO
1. Steel Hulled Ted Brewer design that is capable of taking you anywhere you want to go and when painted, be a head turner in the process.
2. Mostly complete refit and set up to be comfortable in the marina, at anchor or at sea.
Mostly complete refit and set up to be comfortable in the marina, at anchor or at sea.
3. On the project's that need to be completed, it's more labor than money.
Cons:
1. Had few few minor surface rust spots on outside. Most have been treated and patch painted with two coats of primer and two coats of top paint. Few minor surface rust spots in bilge but none serious. Easy to neutralize and paint. There is some teak veneer water damage around hatch where the hatch was left open in the yard. All are simple repairs.
2. Few miscellaneous smaller projects need to be completed, plus installations of equipment already on board.
3. Boat should be painted eventually but could be used for an extended period of time as is. In the event of new total paint job, there are two small areas that should be repaired by welding. Again can used as is because rust has been neutralized and painted. There are no known leaks in the boat
Boat can be lived aboard in the marina or in the yard where located now while being prepped for travel. With the exception of final painting, which I wasn't planning on doing until using for a year or so, I had anticipated it would be finished. Tested locally and ready to travel within a few more weeks.
I would be happy to answer any questions you might have and I will answer them as honestly as I can.
